The stay was nice and relaxing, kid friendly, with friendly staff. Too many stairs, no elevators but you have transportation if you need it. It was worth the stay. The beach was not nice I did not like the rocks so I utilize the pool. I will. Recommend the hotel for a nice quite vacation.

This was our second stay at the hotel; this time only for one week. The staff, led by Manager Laurance are always very helpful. The food standard in the restaurants has improved and will continue to.

Room was spotless and well equipped. The apartment is large and comfortable. The setting is unbelievably serene. I could have stayed there forever, enjoying the peace and quiet. The scenery out the window looked like a painting of water and sailboats. Enjoyed dinners at nearby Le Phare Bleu. The view from the gym is spectacular. The pool is fabulous. Responsiveness of staff is amazing!

The attention to detail throughout the resort is unmatched. What stood out the most was the level of customer service, staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. It felt personalized, not just professional. Overall, this resort delivers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. The hotel had a great location literally on the Grand Anse Beach, across the road from a mall, supermarket and KFC. However I booked double beds and got one king size. The food was average and the room dated. There was also no charging port for 2 pronged chargers. I had a good massage. It was my 40th birthday and while I got a cake it was a goof thing I walked with my own candles.
