"Our 4 night family stay was good. Room was comfortable and clean. We were able to get secure bike storage though when I called to enquire, staff were not consistently familiar with storing bikes. Staff service was mixed, for the most part was good, most staff friendly and welcoming. Staff by phone were mixed in knowledge. Number of staff available varied for check in and out - could be improved when a line forms. Would stay again."

"Our only issue was the confusion of parking We were a bit lost in garage & did not see clear directions how to access hotel. We ended up in apartment building next to hotel. Not the end of life & not a big issue. Just keep driving in garage until see signs for hotel."

"This is a beautiful and very well appointed hotel. My child really enjoyed the window with a view of the runways. Expensive but worth it to be already at the airport the night before an early flight"
