"The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The facilities however need to be updated and modernized. The parking lot was not properly clear of the snow even though there was a large convention."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. They let me know of options for food and beverage which was nice. But the lodge could use some updating. Room was mostly clean but found an old hair tie by a bed and it smelled musty. We were only staying one night and it was inexpensive. "
