Condos à Station de métro Stony Brook

« Overall nice unit for the price. Not sure if it was throughly cleaned prior to check in. Dirty towels on the couch, used soap in the shower but host was very responsive and wanted to make it right. You can hear everything in the unit above…pulling out chairs, walking around etc but that is to be expected from a second floor unit. Close enough to downtown and ubering is not to expensive. »

« The location was so perfect for us! It was our first time visiting Boston and wanted to stay in a brownstone close to Fenway! It was only a 15 min- we went to all three baseball games for opening weekend. The place was so beautiful & the deck on top had amazing views. We had everything we needed! »

« The 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment was very clean and had a stocked kitchen. (we did not cook but you can) Close to downtown Boston, Fenway and less than a half mile from Samuel Adams Brewery. We had a great time visiting our daughter and would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much for a great place and long weekend-we really appreciate it! »

« The property is walking distance to Fenway.. We did not have any issues with noise. The metro is right in fornt of the house (also very convenient for getting around Boston) but the noise is minimal and after the first few nights it simply became background noise. Having the grocery H-Mart store less than a block away was very convenient. A large variety of eateries both very close to very walk-able. Hosts were very receptive and responded quickly to any questions we had. »

« The house was cute and in a quiet neighborhood. Other reviewers were correct in stating you can hear every word from upstairs unit occupants. The couch and pots/pans are in rough shape after previous tenants. The space was beautiful and comfortable with all the amenities we could have wanted. »

« We traveled with family (8 adults) and stayed in these beautiful condos for 4 days. We’ve all been to many VRBO’s in the past and this was by far, the best place we’ve ever stayed. Location was perfect in a nice neighborhood with a 2 minute walk to the subway. The condos were gorgeous and well stocked with dishes, towels, pillows, and extra amenities like toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, umbrellas…I could go on and on. « We were looking forward to this vacation and staying at this property. We pulled in to a property a bit run down and were greeted with a half eaten piece of chicken on a chair on our porch. There were multiple items wrong with the unit that cropped up the longer we stayed, the more we found. The overall appearance was dirty and unkept, ( microwave, oven, bathtubs, floors) paint had been touched up with the wrong colors.
