Franklin Park was part of our daily activity for a nature walk. Things we look for in VRBOs: comfy beds, clean, good common gathering space. A+ across the board. The seating in the living could use a few more seats since you could have 9 people sleeping in the apartment, but we made use of the giant dining table in the open kitchen and living area. For the 5 of us, it was more than ample! The space is incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. Spacious. Bright. Quiet. And still in the middle of an active area of JP. Huge stain of something burned right at the front door on the floor, seriously a rug could have covered it but there was anither one in the kitchen. The worst part was when we would keave and return, the unit below was smoking Marijuana on the porch. I tried to explain this to the owner and he thought 110.00 was a good solution. I was extremely disappointed. I still made sure eveything was tidy and clean when we left. I have three kids and they should bot have been exposed to such an unpleasant environment. ##### J S.
