Very friendly and helpful staff who were keen to try and address our issues with hot water. We moved apartment for nights 2 & 3 as the hot water ran out during a quick shower and the second person had tepid water. Same problem with the second apartment. Presumably a building issue which staff must know?
Really spacious and clean apartment. Comfy bed. Kitchen area. Nice balcony. Would have been great if there had been reliable hot water. Good location

What an amazing hotel, cannot fault anything about the hotel, location, staff, food, drinks. The All Inclusive package was incredible and we will not hesitate to return.

We really loved this hotel, great location, and the swim up room was fantastic, I would also book a room with a pool in the future.
The ladies at hotel concierge were excellent and maintenance came quickly when the safe and coffee machine were out of order.
Really liked all the food and restaurants, worth booking the restaurants as soon as you arrive. Loved the drinks and the mini club room for snacks.

"Room size and balcony good however the aircon was not very powerful. Pool a great size but it does get very busy, sunbeds around the pool go quickly but there’s plenty on the lawn area.
