Happy and helpful staff. Easy to find location. Fridge with so much needed complimentary water in this heat was so appreciated by my son and I… great breakfast! What else could we ask for when traveling? Thank you!

8.2/10 Very good! (1,004 reviews)
Conveniently located, just a block away from the train station. Very walkable area.
Generally speaking, not in the 'best' area of Frankfurt but I never felt unsafe.
The hotel itself, is in an older historical building, which I loved.
Very high ceilings, and lots of airy space. Oversized space in general.
The room was very spacious, and the Queen size bed was as comfy, as a harder than usual bed can be. After travelling through Germany, the hard bed seems to be the norm, so I wouldn't call it a hotel issue.
The room didn't have air conditioning, but the windows opened right up which gave a nice cross breeze later in the evening. Even with the warmer than average temps' I was never uncomfortably hot.
The mini fridge in the room came in handy.
Larger than average bathroom, with a larger than average tub - perfect for soaking in after a day on your feet.
The room was dusty; lamp + lampshades, and the one light on the desk didn't work.
When I opened the tall bureau, dust bunnies came floating out.
The young lady at the front desk was extremely sweet. She was easy to talk to, and answered many of my questions about the area, and Germany in general. I really enjoyed my small chats with her. She also expressed how she really enjoyed working at the hotel, which made me feel even better about staying there.
I would easily recommend this hotel to anyone - it's quiet and calm, and a great place to land after a busy day.

8/10 Very good! (292 reviews)
The receptionist was very nice with helping me. It took a while for my reservation to reach the system, but after I emailed the confirmation I was able to get a room. The hotel itself needs an upgrade from the 70s to something more modern and possibly bigger parking areas. The shower water got hotter a few times on its own while I showered. Got lost getting to the hotel so having arrows and signs to point where you need to go would help with the directions.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,000 reviews)
The Capri by Fraser is an average to above average hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and quiet, but overall the place needs a 'makeover'. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and very professional.
One thing that I found self-serving was that you were REQUIRED to join their hospitality/loyalty program to be allowed an early check-in. Totally unnecessary.
The hotel comports to be a "green" property, i.e., they don't make-up rooms daily. That was annoying because you have to make your own bed (I'm on vacation) and you have to make sure the towels get hung so they dry. They only made the room up once -- stayed for 5 nites. Had to request additional towels AND tissue.
The location isn't the best, but manageable given the proximity of the busses, Trams and U.
Had the breakfast buffet one morning. It was very good! Grapefruit juice was exceptional!!
Would recommend a street view, such as it is. The back view is of an arena -- concrete behemoth.
The a/c left a little to be desired..fortunately the had a fan available.
No face clothes in the bathroom - BYO.
Overall, it was a 'B'/'B+'.

9/10 Wonderful! (253 reviews)
When I opened the door to my room, I immediately felt warm and cozy. The wood floors nicely swept, my comfy bed, light filtering in the window. The bathroom was amazing with a giant shower, plenty of space to put things, and very clean. The breakfast area was so inviting. The food was terrific and it was the perfect way to begin my day. I LOVED the coffee maker because it had all kinds of choices and was ready so fast. I loved my stay at Hotel Klemm. The only reason I gave it a 4 on maintenance, was because the carpeting in the hallway needs to be replaced. Everything else was just perfection. Helmut was especially helpful and interesting to talk to. Oh, and location location location! This place is the perfect place to stay if you want to walk to shopping and so many landmarks. I felt so safe in Wiesbaden.
