My stay at Secret Harbour Grenada was absolutely exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine warmth, kindness, and outstanding hospitality. The level of service, professionalism, and attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for relaxation. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I highly recommend Secret Harbour to anyone visiting Grenada and would absolutely love to return!

The staff is great and very friendly but the property just isn’t ran well which makes it not worth staying at. Check in took an hour. We paid to reserve rooms next to each other, I mistakenly booked 1 room with a king and another room with 2 queens. I needed 2 rooms with 2 queens. I was told if we needed a different room we’d still have to pay the extra. After speaking with others our check-in was a breeze compared to the nightmare stories we heard of other guests. We chose to make it work with the 2 rooms. Rooms were clean but the hallways/stairs weren’t. Housekeeping was inconsistent. On one night housekeeping came in at 10pm to drop off/try to complete service that wasn’t completed during the day. We were a party of 5 and unable to get a reservation for any restaurants while we were there. We could never get into the “nicer” restaurants which seemed reserved for Diamond Club members only. The front desk manager said he was able to get us a reservation but it wouldn’t be until 8pm. We showed up at 8pm to find there was no reservation. They told us to come back in 15 min. We did. By 8:30pm they still could not fit us. We went to the buffet instead and the food was terrible. We ended up eating the rest of our dinners at local restaurants instead. Room service was included so we used it for breakfast and some lunches. Again inconsistent service and quality. The kayaks and other water toys can only be taken out until 3:30pm. Yoga in the morning was great. The spa is nice.
