Spring Bay Vacation Packages

Perfect small room for a weekend getaway. Really nice remodel compared to what the hotel looked like before it was redone. Outlets on both sides of bed. Nice full body mirror. Nice big tv.

It was great for beach access. Nothing in our room worked. Coffee pot was broke. Stove was broke. We had to switch on and off the breakers to use it. Toilet would tflush half the time.

The parking situation there is poor, as is the signage for lobby location from the parking garage. Key cards for elevators were not working every time, aggravating to reach my floor...Room did have a very slight odor of cigarette smoke, not used to a smoking environment though..

The cleaning staff made the experience for us. There are only remote workers at the front desk, so your only human interaction at the hotel (aside from other customers) is with the friendly and helpful cleaning staff. One woman in particular fron the cleaning staff was exceptionally friendly and caring, striking up conversation whenever she saw us and creating a very welcoming environment. I forget her name, something that started with a C or S, Cynthia maybe? She always wore a face mask, and she really had an air of confidence and ownership about her. She absolutely deserves a raise and a promotion!!
