Perfect location, friendly staff. Room had dust under the radiator and caulk in the shower had mold. As did the windowsill in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. No view out the Windows and hall way was pitch black until you walked a few feet into it. Slept well. Appreciated the ceiling fan and AC.

Rooms clean. Excellent staff. Great breakfast. However minimal tea and coffee in the rooms with only paper cups supplied. Also power points for the kettle not conveniently situated.
These were the only minus points in an otherwise great stay.

Overall, a good experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities generally very good. Comfortable room and the housekeeping staff were great. Gym was adequate - could do with some free weights suitable for women - the ones there were too heavy to lift. Running machine was out of action all week disappointingly.
Area surrounding the hotel is not very pleasant especially at night and there is major construction work ongoing right outside the hotel.

"The sink in the bathroom was broken, we informed the staff to fix it, and was told it would be looked at. Then was told we have to request towels and cleaning isnt done everyday. Its a 4 star hotel, what am i paying for"
