"I cannot say enough good about this property. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms are large and CLEAN. The property is quiet, and the grounds are beautiful. The town of North Hampton is not far away for dinner and strolls. Will definitely stay there again. "

"This is the first hotel we have ever stayed in where the mattress was perfect. Most hotels they are either lumpy or have body outlines molded into them because they are so old. The room was clean and quiet, the only downside was the pillows, for some reason hotels always have horrible pillows. These were no different, you can't really judge this hotel by their pillows alone so these being just like every hotel won't change my 5 star rating. Oh and the cookies were excellent as well. "
