"The restaurant was excellent. The experience with the hotel not so great. 1. I arrived at the hotel at 2 45 pm. It is a steep walk up 6 or so stairs to get into the hotel, which was difficult for me to get my suitcase up. No one was there. I had to sit around and wait for staff to show up which was 3:30 or so. There are no other businesses around. It is 1 and a half stories up to the first floor of rooms with several stairs. Lucky for me, the gentleman that checked me in carried the suitcase up for me. The room was fine and the shower/bath was also fine. When I left in the morning, there was no one there. I had to get my suitcase down by myself and there was no breakfast, no coffee, nothing. And because no one was there, I was unable to get a receipt and there was no one there to help me get a taxi to the airport. I would go to the restaurant again, but I wouldn't stay in the hotel again."

"This hotel has what you need if you are flying out from Logan airport. A comfortable bed and clean room. Minimal to no amenities and the coffee maker in the room did not work."

"This was a great spot for airport bound travelers. It was comfortable and clean. It could use some updating but it worked well for us. The Shuttle to and from the airport is awesome. The restaurant was also a good spot for weary travelers. The food and staff were great!"

"The breakfast was fine but not outstanding. I had already finished when warm mini-croissants appeared, and they were really good. No decaf! The fitness room was among the best I've been in, and there was a good pizzeria just down the street. The shuttle was prompt and the drivers were friendly. This is one of the best budget airport hotels I've ever stayed in. I'll come back."

"Room and hotel is basic and met our immediate needs. We chose it due to it's proximity to shopping and downtown Boston. Overall our stay was good and the free parking was much appreciated. "
