« Rodents inside the house and inside the walls. Rats? Twelve-inch long rodent running through the house…No A/C, smoke alarms not working but beeping constantly, rodent poop on carpet in living room and one of the kitchen drawers, one bed had only a box spring - no mattress. »

« Great House, space and location, however, toilet didn’t flush and dishwasher had to be replaced while we were there, property overall needs maintenance upkeep, Hoat lives in basement in the house so that was strange but he was very responsive and nice guy. »
