Very nice stay, check in was smooth. Room was clean and tidy. Good shower, black out curtains. Coffee, tea etc provided. Ironing board in room but couldn't find a safe. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was very nice. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Property is in a great location and close to Warwick castle. Unfortunately the room was very dirty with dust and cobwebs all around the room. Some items in the kitchen were dirty and had not been cleaned. Pool was warm and the facilities were good.

"The staff were amazing very helpful friendly and welcoming i had a evening meal and Sunday Roast which were both excellent over all really enjoyed my stay the only issue was the lift which was a old fashioned style with sliding metal guillotine and if the last person to use the lift did not close ..."
