The staff were efficient, very friendly and very helpful. The room and ensuite were quite small but clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was okay but not high pressured. Unfortunately there was no kettle and no tea and coffee supplies in the room. Sadly missed. Also there were no information leaflets in the room eg. meal times, menus, facilities available etc.

Area was great and easy to navigate. Rooms were clean. Only thing about the room that could be improved is having the use of Netflix or other streaming services. They are smart tvs just no access to the menus for the tv.

Hotel very handy for the tram and the Stade Atlantique. Room large and clean, but no fridge, and toilet separate to bathroom and without a basin. Decor nicely done in mid-century modern, to match the building's age. Breakfast could have been slightly better organised and staffed. Gym area had a few cardio machines and small dumbbells, and the swimming pool (outdoor, opened the day we arrived) was accessed via a narrow walkway on the outside of the 1st floor so I didn't bother looking! The area is just hotels and restaurants, and the conference centre. I can't imagine a similar place in the UK without a convenience store of some kind but there wasn't anything close by.

Breakfast was included in our deal, which was nice. The room was sooooo hot, we asked about why the air conditioning wasn’t working , they said they don’t turn it on until end of May. We were sweating as so hot. Pretty basic room, no fridge which was a pain when travelling for many weeks.

Convenient. Easy access. Good value.
