Seattle Buddhist Temple Tours and Activities

This hotel is in need of repair. The air conditioner didn’t work in our room and neither did the safe. One elevator was out of service during our stay. The air conditioner was not repaired during our 3 night stay. We could not rest comfortably because our room was too hot. I highly recommend staying elsewhere.

It wasn’t what I expected for the price we paid. The rooftop deck is nice but tiny, and next to the HVAC unit so all you hear is the loud constant hum when you’re up there. Not very relaxing or enjoyable. Hard to have a conversation. The location is great for events in the area. Easy to get to. Parking garage was a bonus. We didn’t receive our complimentary wine which was promised in the reservation. The amenities were lacking, small things like there was no hand soap in the bathrooms just shower gel, No non dairy options for coffee. No sugar or tea options for the in room coffee bar. No little extra stuff you expect from this price point. It felt pretentious.
