Without exaggeration this was the worst place we ever had the misfortune to stay in. The young man on the reception desk was pleasant & helpful but the facility itself & our room 117 in particular was run down & dirty. The bathtub had a dirt ring, (see pic) & drained very slowly. The shower didn’t work properly. Water continued to come fast out of the tap spout when the shower head was working & at tines the temperature stopped regularly getting one’s feet burnt from the tap & head frozen from the shower. Laminate floor in bedroom area was dirty. I walked on it with bare feet & had to wash off the dirt. Although breakfast was included in the price none was available. The staff member told us it had all gone so he rummaged around & came up with 2 slices of dry bread, 2 strawberry jams, an apple, & a box of juice per person! (see pic) The TV had no remote. And we had to ask for bath towels as only 2 thin hand towels were provided. No flannels. As for hot drink supplies, there was instant coffee, sugar but no whitener. At the desk, unknown to us, we were charged double the rate booked on Expedia & without explanation a slip was given to us which said “Reversal” of half the amount. As it didn’t show on our online credit card account for 3 days we were worried we were being scammed.
