Peaceful setting, stunning 360 views, with lovely, welcoming and helpful staff. Food was delicious! The lamb was perfect. Relaxing professional massage. Horses were all well cared for. Had a hour trail ride with Antonio(?spelling) lots of fun and laughs. Definitely a place I’ll go back to. Oh and the dogs all well behaved and friendly.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Ecuador. We stayed here for 3 nights after a very busy week in the Galápagos, and it was the perfect end to our trip.
The breakfast and dinners were huge portions and always delicious. The staff were incredibly helpful and always available for any questions.
You can hike around the grounds to some amazing view points of Quito and the Andes mountains, and the caves are so interesting which you need a visit with a guide, but again they were really lovely and interesting to listen to.
The hotel itself is beautiful, full of character and surrounded by amazing birds!
A very relaxing retreat which I would highly recommend :) Thank you so much for an incredible stay.

The staff were very helpful and communication prior to coming was good regarding a taxi picking me up when I arrived near midnight into Quito.
The staff also helped with organising a tour to Banos and provided early breakfasts. Very impressed with the service provided.
