Couldn’t get in the room, the room card was not working, we had to go down twice to the front desk for them too reregister the card key and finally the person at the desk came to see what was the problem to realize the card readers needed a new battery! After a long trip it was very upsetting, we waited 40 mn to be able to go in our room.

Apt was clean. Fresh towels and coffee provided daily. The location was great! Close to shopping. and major attractions all walkable but transit also close. The place was very safe and we were given access codes. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Ariadna. Thanks for a great stay.

My husband and I stayed for a week. Great service and very clean and modern looking. It is in a very safe area. We had no issues. Less than 10 min walk from Sagrada Família. Our room was cleaned every day and they had the mini fridge conveniently stocked up with drinks and snacks. They refilled it every time we took something out. Staff knows multiple languages. We spoke to them in both English and Spanish. Lobby also has a nice seating/waiting area, great for waiting on taxis. Would definitely stay again.
