Clean rooms, helpful staff, front desk spoke English, and restaurant staff were more than happy to find someone who did if we were having issues communicating. Food was good, pool was clean, very quiet hotel, which is exactly what we were looking for. The pool became more lively in the evenings with kids, but they were respectful and it was always quiet by night time.

Everything was nice and staff was extremely friendly and acomondating. One piece of advice, call your own taxi instead of using thier private transport. It is very overpriced, we used thier loprivate transport and it was very comfortable, clean and safe. However they failed to tell us there was a time limit. The driver said the hotel was supposed to tell us when he charged us 200 extra pesos.The hotel did not tell us about this and when we shared this they didn't seem to know about this fact. They said they would ask the company lead. The next morning the hotel staff said oh yes it is a policy. Since it was our anniversary we chalked it up to a splurge. The fact is it was wildly over priced for a regular ride to a restaurant and back.
Over all we had a great time and recommend this hotel to anyone going to Oaxaca.

The hotel was incredible. However, on my last day, the two girls are working. One of them was named Sonia. Forget the other girls name. We're extremely helpful. Could speak perfect English and directed me to areas that I was unaware of.
However, this last time the girl, front desk could not speak English she was very nice however, the guy working was complaining about working and very reluctant to help me not sure if I would stay here again, unless the other girls are working here
