Positives: wonderful views, our room was spotless, and we had fantastic service from staff who were friendly and always happy to facilitate requests, including making reservations for dinner at local venues and organising transport and arranging for World Cup games to be screened. "Only stayed one night but customer service was great, food was decent with buffet style. The room was clean with AC and “select” rooms included amenities with morning coffee and mexican bread. The hotel includes shuttle transport every 30 minutes to their sister hotel which includes the same services and was nice with the beach next to it. Overall nice stay."

"Pay cash onsite or wire transfer. Copy of your passport needed. WhatsApp if you need anything. Honestly, we did not see any other groups checked in. Full kitchen and mini fridge. They were friendly. Pool needs to be cleaned out but view is nice. Parking is for public but they said they had security onsite. Never saw them. No wifi. Parking is included. Location is good but currently off season. Just felt sketchy and deserted."
