The hotel is very good, the staff is amazing!! All of them!! The people in the front desk, the ladies that keep the rooms clean, the guards at the garage etc etc. all of them. The point is the noise! The hotel has a nice roof top that has a party almost every night until midnight. Forget about sleeping. In addition is located in a traditional traditional area where they have parties and fire works for everything. Every rocket is like a bomb next to your room .

Our stay at Hacienda El Santuario was amazing! Staff was very kind and responsive to all questions and anything that we needed during our stay. They helped us arrange transportation to/from the Queretaro Airport, we used laundry services, booked a couples massage, and my boyfriend even arranged a marriage proposal on their rooftop! Truly a wonderful experience and they're not far from the main plaza so definitely a highly recommended stay!

"The shower was awkward. It's a spa shower with lots of pressure. However, the shower stall was small and on a diagonal and all the water just splashed all over the place. It was on the floor outside of the stall. Even with the door tightly closed, the floor on the outside was wet."
