« Nice secluded location. We liked the location for fishing, access to the beach is 1.3 miles down the road at Blind pass where parking is $5/hr or you can bike. Bring a hot plate if you want to cook other than the microwave. The lanai is nice but no see ums can get in we used it for storage of fishing gear »

« It was clean, private and peaceful. We appreciated having the beach cart and chairs although more care can be taken with those items. It's silly but we needed a little more instruction to work the dishwasher. We couldn't figure it out right away. All in all we had a marvelous and restful time. 😊 »

« There are no complaints about the unit apart from the fact that there was a lot of noise coming from building work that was going on both directly our unit and nearby on other units. We were only warned about this 2 or 3 days before the beginning of our vacation. »

« We loved our stay in Sanibel. This property is adorable and a short bike ride to the beach and restaurants. The Property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The only negative was no closet or rack to hang clothes on. That being said, it’s the beach so I probably shouldn’t bring wrinkle prone clothing. Having the bikes was a very nice addition! »

« It was incredibly noisy..had people above us had kids up at 7am everyday.never was able to sleep in..they were up at 4am night before we left dragging luggage and dropping stuff couldn't sleep..plus our room was up against laundry room which was so loud it was disturbingly annoying..place was adorable and Palmer was nice and helpful..really would like a reduction on my bill..over 1,000 was alot for my inconvenience..thanks please get back to me M »

« The house was very comfortable. The internet was reliable. Access to the beach was great! The beach chairs and umbrella provided were very much appreciated. There are no closets or hangers. »

« The address we were given, 3401, was/is incorrect. We were not given the name of the condo units, and once found, realized there was no signage. I called the property manager for info and was told they did not speak English, unfortunately we were not bi-lingual. We recognized the condo from the photo. Two other guests also had the same problem. Including written check out info at the condo would be helpful. After finally finding the condo, however, our stay was excellent. We would definitely...

« Close to the ocean and on a quiet dead-end street. It sits on the canal where you can watch manatees. We brought our own coffee pot as it has a Keurig and we drink lots of coffee. »
