"Awesome cottage, you can really tell the owners put a lot of thought into making sure guests have everything they need. We felt like we could have shown up with clothes and would have been set for the week. Toiletries, spices, sunscreen, beach towels, beach toys, books, you name it and they likely had it somewhere on the property! They even had a welcome basket with snacks, wine, beer and waters. "The property was absolutely perfect for our trip. We were in town for a two day tarpon fishing trip down road in Boca Grande. Little house with 3 bedrooms located almost in the middle of island between beach and bay. 2 min walk to each. Very clean , and comfy. Parking was tight but no big deal. Highly recommend if you need an affordable place and you don’t have to be on beach or bay front."

"I wanted to get as close as I could to Bowman’s Beach and Blind Pass to go shell collecting. For the price this was a gem. I was able to do my daily walks at 5am collecting shells and be back for breakfast/brunch with my husband. Couldn’t walk on the beach to Blind Pass, have to walk on bike trail. So if you’re interested in shell collecting this spot was very good. You get a beach pass to park at the Trade Winds parking lot which was empty most of the time. "We chose this place due to proximity to family who were staying in the area for the winter. We were there for Christmas where we enjoyed the pool, morning walks and everything else in the area. We enjoyed the space for our family of 4, two adults and a 9- and 6-year-old. We would highly recommend and plan on staying here for our future visits to the area."

"1st time staying in any tiny home. This was cute!! It was just me. I did spend most time away, but i arrived late at night and the community is well lit, and i felt safe. Everyone that walked around was friendly and waved. The only negative i would give is there is no mirror. Sounds silly, but me being a girl, doing my hair or make up i used my phone camera lol. Other than that its a great place!!!"

"Meghan was awesome! She made your stay pleasant, she was informative of the area & helpful. The food was good at the tiki hut (we only had breakfast), tiki hut employees were a friendly staff, & service was exemplary. There was music nightly very enjoyable, lot of locals come for the music, young & older adults, & ended at a respectful time for a quiet night of sleeping. It is an older place but nicely taken care of, for its age, shower was nice, hot water always. The bed comfortable, It’s not the Hilton, doesn’t look like picture online meaning it’s pictures were from awhile ago, but for the price and area we would stay again. Did not see children this stay, & didn’t use pool, we went to beach & was visiting friends in area. We were there 2 nights. Special shoutout to the cute little manager and Meghan! "
