Forfaits vacances – Sangalhos

Appartement très bien équipé pour cuisiner, avec le minimum pour assaisonner et laver Très bien situé. Nous étions au rez de chaussée Appartement juste un peu humide

On the inside, the property is absolutely gorgeous. Absolutely wonderful and very modern property.

The hotel is set on a hillside facing the Douro River. Our room had an incredible view. The place is quiet and well-maintained. Our room was clean and had all the amenities of home. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and they offered to make you eggs and pancakes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wow!! In center of everything and the apartment is simply amazing! Thanks

The room was nice but the view was on a building and parking cars. I was disappointed to see that the room for the same night was available for 200 eur less, end even the ocean view room was 100 eur less than what I paid. Overall this hotel did not worth the high rate they charged. When I shared with them my frustration about their price decrease, they refused to upgrade us, even though they had availability, which I found incomprehensible. Breakfast was disappointing too, waiting for 25 minutes for a coffee, finally served with something else. Egg Benedict was liquid, they went wrong several times on what we ordered. All in all, for the rate I paid I was expecting more and I was disappointed. At check out they didn’t even ask how was our trip, they were clearly not interested…
