The front reception staff could be more welcoming, more informative.
Upon arrival washroom was not working in lobby area, no wifi, sewer problems. On our second day the sewer stunk..on our way to the pool.
Pool area, everything dirty, lounge chairs, pool water cold, hot tub area not working.
Place looks run down, nothing to do in the resort.
We booked a room with 2 double bed, went out..when we came back our bed was wet because the AC water dipped and soaked the mattress.
We were move and put into a penthouse suite.
Happy for that.
Breakfast and staff were great, very friendly.
(Jamal our server was great)
Our rooms had no kettle, no coffee, no tea as advertised.
I would give it 2 out of 5.

The receptionist was so welcoming and assisted us with breakfast when we couldn’t be there on time. Big up the chef for his delicious food, my child loves his fish in coconut milk and eggs 👍. Our room was generally clean and the environment as well together with, the fridge, microwave and Cable TV was in proper working condition. I would definitely recommend staying a night or two.
