"Everything from staff to the neighborhood to how nice and cute the property was. Really felt like a little oasis inside. The staff are so nice and helpful. The restaurant and cafe are also a plus. Would highly recommend people staying here !"

"Wow! La Concha was truly an amazing experience. If you just want to Vacation and not leave your room this is the place to stay! The valet guys were so helpful and nice to greet you to assist with ANY help. As soon as you walked into La Concha the smell took your breath away with the clean scent I've never smelled. You have everything at your fingertips from food to entertainment for you to enjoy steps from your room. Everything was BEAUTIFUL in EVERY area with GREAT staff in each area of La Concha! All the staff was so nice and friendly that I didn't want to leave. The room was so big and beautiful if you stepped out on your balcony or your front door the scenery was spectacular ✨️ 😍 I went to celebrate my birthday and when I tell you I planning my next birthday there next year from the greatest experience I've ever had. Highly recommended 10/10!🫶🏽❤️"

"Can’t say enough about this hotel. First, the staff. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. For instance, I brought 3 books with me. I left two in the room while down at the pool and when I returned, I found that housekeeping had placed a bookmark in one of the books for me! Such a little thing, but so incredibly thoughtful. The next day I return to the room to find they wrapped my charging cord with a complementary cord tie. Room service - I ordered room service twice during my stay and the kind woman who brought my food gifted me a Vanderbilt tote bag. This was after, not before I had tipped; she brought it when she returned to collect my plates. The pool staff also went above and beyond. They were so attentive and friendly and happy to make up a chair and provide extra towels. I do recommend bring some ones so you can tip the folks making up a chair for you. This was my first trip to Puerto Rico and everyone I met was friendly. The cab driving taking me to the hotel from the airport to the hotel pointed out some restaurants and coffee spots along the way. His pride in the San Juan area was apparent and it was such a nice welcome to the island. Every restaurant and shop I visited was more of the same - kind and friendly folks, simply happy to welcome you and treat you well."

"The hotel grounds are amazing, the staff at the hotel is amazing, i loved that they have chairs and umbrella for the beach no extra charge, if you have kids they have life vests which was amazing. Game and activities daily. The night time music and bar and gift shop was amazing. The rooms are ok 5/10. They are old looking. i did hear that they are renovating the rooms which is great. It’s in a central location close to everything. Overall 8/10. The rooms just are old ."
