"Large comfortable home in the Big Creek area set in a lush tropical setting which is minutes walk to the beach. Enjoyed the serenity of the setting and was a short taxi ride to town. We saw a family of howler monkeys come close to the property daily which was a real treat.Lea was a great host and got us in contact with a reliable taxi service that used during our stay."

"The house has a fantastic view. What was not mentioned is that it is literally 97 steps to get to it. When it rains some of the path way is very muddy. One of the wooden steps is not attached. There are chickens and roosters all around which is entertaining except when the roosters start crowing at 2am. "We had the absolute best time staying at this beach cabana. The bed was super cozy, the outdoor kitchen was awesome (make sure to bring all the food/beverages you need), the beach has the most beautiful clear water and loads of star fish and other fish and we were the ONLY people there and had the entire beach to ourselves, the locals were kind when passing and the host was extremely friendly and accommodating and had quick response to questions. "Carlos was very helpful with answering questions and just a kind man. Their is clearly a constant upkeep of the property. Location was good- though there might be an office closer to the boat docks because when we first arrived my map app kept directing me to the wrong place. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you:)"

"I got a balcony but their is a dance club that blasts music until 2-3am Wed- Monday. Got sick with sinus issues lack of sleep and i think dirty AC. I had to go to clinic and get coigh medicine, and antibiotic. I will try to get my 7th night back through insurance as i left 1 night early. Staff is just there, "

"I had a great stay at Lula's. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Bathroom came with shampoo and body wash. I had the ocean view room, which is great, just keep in mind that your window overlooks the shared patio, so if you want privacy, you have to close the shades. The common areas (patio, kitchen) were great, but really the best part is how friendly and helpful the owners were. Also, if you like dogs, they have 3 wonderful dogs that are super friendly. Breakfast was always tasty, and has 3 options: bacon&eggs, yogurt+cereal, or pancakes. All comes with a cup of fruit. The location is excellent, at least for my purposes, but then again, Bocas is tiny, so you can pretty much stay anywhere and be walking distance from everything. The only thing I wished for after a day or two is a chair (and ideally a small desk) as i needed to do some computer work and the only option was to either do it outside on the patio, or on the bed - neither was ideal. Overall, a wonderful little place, highly recommended! "

"We had the penthouse which had a beautiful view of the ocean. Loved having the comfort of an apartment with the convenience of a hotel. Staff were very nice and the food at the restaurant was delicious. We recommended it to people we met that were not staying at the hotel. We especially loved the fish and the "live cooking" pasta. The only negative was that there were not a lot of pool chairs so they filled up quickly but that makes sense for the size of the hotel. We definitely enjoyed our stay! "
