Having traveled all over the world—including the Maldives, which we thought would be impossible to beat—we can now say with confidence this is our number one destination. The service and food were by far the best we have ever had in our lives. The property is spotless, stunning, and so peaceful that it instantly puts you at ease. On the day of our anniversary, the staff went above and beyond to make it truly unforgettable, and we will cherish those memories forever. The dolphin sunset tour is an absolute must—it was magical and one of the highlights of our trip. We loved our stay so much that I actually cried when it was time to leave. We’re already looking forward to returning for our 11th anniversary. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Nayara. Staff was excellent. We had a little travel hiccup before we arrived, but the experienced staff quickly fixed the problem.All the staff were excellent and always happy to help. We cant wait to go again. Just FYI you have to take a domestic flight to get to Bocas Del Torro from Panama city. The food was excellent and the snorkeling. The water villas are so beautiful, and the service they provide is outstanding. I highly recommend! This is located 25 minutes by boat from Bocas and the only transfer that is included is the check in and checkout. There’s some kind of beach with artificial sand but it’s super small, if you want to go to the beach you have to pay for some excursion. The amazing reviews you read prior to your arrival will be met with complete accuracy. We really enjoyed the uniqueness of the treehouse where we enjoyed three of our five nights. We spent our final two nights in the overwater villa which was incredible as well. We’ve traveled to many destinations in the past, but have never been met with such kindness and the willingness of the Nayara staff to go out of their way to ensure your satisfaction. Every staff member we met exceeded our expectations. Carlos, Franco, Cheryl, Jesus, Ruby, Jenny and my buddy from Venezuela all made a lasting impact on us that we will always remember. The service is impeccable and the resort itself is amazing. Ruby is a gem and made every effort to make sure we had the best time and helped me so much when I fell ill. Franco was a wonderful bartender and even played a private little concert for us:) It was a dream come true coming here, I’m so very sad I got sick the day after we arrived as I had been counting down the days to be here and only got to truly enjoy 1 of them but if I had to be sick I guess it’s not as bad when you’re in paradise. I hope To come back for a redo.
