Saint-Michel Tours and Activities

We had a nice stay. The location was great. They have a nice breakfast each morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but nice. My only negative was the fire alarm went off in the morning and it scared us. We hurried to get down the stairs but it was a false alarm. Apparently this is not the first time it happened. I felt like they should have a way of announcing that it was a false alarm before heading down. Even a phone call to the room to help avoid the stress and confusion would have been nice. They didn’t seem very apologetic and it was unnerving being in another country and not knowing what it was. Other than that incident the staff were great!

少しの滞在だったのですが少しでも楽しめるように配慮してくださって嬉しかったです。 接客対応がみなさん素晴らしく、また絶対に泊まりたいホテルになりました。 ありがとうございました。

The staff was unfailingly helpful and pleasant, the location is great. We had a wonderful time.
