The room was extremely clean on arrival and always cleaned on a daily basis when we left for the day, the staff was very friendly and informative, the breakfast was soo delicious, the pool and view from our room was to die for but all in all the atmosphere was very peaceful. Our stay fell far below expectations for an all-inclusive resort. Most restaurants were closed, food options were extremely limited, and the concierge was unable to secure a required restaurant reservation. Service was inconsistent, and liquor availability varied by location.
Housekeeping was a recurring problem. We waited approximately three hours for towels, had to retrieve toilet paper ourselves, and experienced inconsistent room cleaning despite being told there was a $25 cleaning fee. Our original room had a nonfunctioning TV, phone, and toilet, requiring us to move to another room with a broken toilet seat and unpleasant-smelling furniture. The floors and sheets were wet every night due to condensation, and I experienced severe allergy symptoms. Room service never arrived, yet we were charged a $25 fee for an order that was handed to us at the door.
We contacted management and made multiple attempts to resolve these issues, but our concerns remain unresolved. These problems occurred throughout our stay, not just one night. The experience did not justify the cost, and we will never return.

A fantastic stay. Large, comfortable room with a fridge of drinks. Excellent selection of drinks at the many bars, food was nice with lots of options. Big pool plus rooftop pool & hot tub looking over the water. Well situated for walking into Holetown in 5-10 mins.
I wouldn’t normally be one for hotel entertainment but the band was so good it kept me out of bed for a couple of hours.
The beach has lots of water sports options in front of the hotel.

"Hilton has an excellent location with breath taking views . They are upgrading the hotel because it needs some updating due to the age of the hotel, so if you dont mind a bit of construction its fine. It didnt bother me because they weren't noisy. The rooms are very nice however the shower was not ..."
