There was a child that threw up and the parent told staff and staff did not remove people from the water and did not clean it up. I will never stay here again and will not recommend it now anyone. "

"The rooms are always clean! We LOVE staying at the Hyatt Regency!!! It is perfect for a night away from home! However, I do wish the food options stayed open a little later than what they usually do. But other than that it is a PERFECT stay!"
