This apartment was so lovely - spacious, clean, bright, and has everything you could need. We felt safe, welcome, and comfortable. We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go, the neighborhood was quiet, and the hosts communicated thoroughly. We will happily return, and highly recommend! This was from my first backpacking experience ever. I was thoroughly unprepared with my 40+ year old 15 pound tent from my boyfriend's grandfather but it all worked out. This was someone else's nicer and lighter tent and man did they nab a great view. Despite the rain and wind, it was definitely worth it. I love this picture because it shows just how small humans can be compared to the awesome vastness of nature. #Adventure means going out of your comfort zone and I certainly did with no regrets.
