I can’t say enough great things about my stay at Inn On the Lakes! I stayed for the weekend while visiting family, and from the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the lake view was absolutely beautiful, and every single staff member I interacted with was genuinely kind and welcoming. What really set this hotel apart was their outstanding customer service. I accidentally left my Kindle behind after checking out, and Sophie called me right away to let me know. She made the whole process so easy, and they had it shipped back to me just two days later. That level of honesty and care is rare these days, and I truly appreciated it. A special thank you to Sophie for going above and beyond! Because of the incredible service, spotless accommodations, and beautiful location, this is a five-star hotel in my opinion. I will absolutely be staying here every time I come to Sebring to visit my family. Highly recommend!

- the room we stayed in was pretty outdated. the toilet seat, closet and all. - the food options were not as we expected. the property advertises some other restaurant type options, but those are basically containers that server food. which none of them were open - the main riverside market buffet was ok. but no real varieties, like there are some snippets of asian food, 2 dishes. i would have expected more food options and varieties - the childrens pool was closed - the elevator wasnt working and we had to carry our luggage up to the 2nd floor. all in all it is a good try to have an all-inclusive hotel in the states, but i think it should offer more.
