The property itself is commendable. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the infrastructure is in excellent condition with modern fittings. However, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I had to endure cold baths throughout my stay. Despite calling reception for assistance multiple times, no one came to help. Consequently, I had to endure cold baths for seven days. Additionally, the food was disappointing. On two occasions, I ordered a meal, and both times, it seemed like the food had been prepared a week earlier. This led me to resort to eating elsewhere. The poor customer service and subpar food quality significantly marred what could have been an otherwise pleasant experience.

The staff is exceptional. Everyone very nice and attentive. Special kudos to Victoria in the restaurant. If we move to Kenya, we will hire her away.

Property is new and fresh but there are a few things to look out for, The aircons in the rooms battle and are somewhat on the noisy side. The most frustrating is the shuttle service to the airport. Never on time and its the third time!!!
