Love Oulton Hall and the grounds are beautiful and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Just a couple of things to mention!
Firstly I ordered A posh finger wrap which said was cod goujons and was very disappointed when it arrived as it was fish fingers, and of very poor quality, they didn’t even resemble fish! I think
at £13.95 they should be goujons as I would hardly call fish finger POSH!
Secondly lack of staff on reception which made checking in take 40 mins.
Stressed waitress in Champagne bar again lack
of staff.
I contacted Reception as I had forgotten a toiletry and was told they would send someone up with it but it never arrived!
Must say it didn’t detract from a lovely stay and they may seem trivial but I think they need addressing.
