Room was lovely room was accessible, didn't request this but just had knee surgery and the chap on reception gave us the choice. unfortunately we had leave through the night due family emergency. Many thanks hopefully return soon

Fantastic boutique room near Chichester, UK. Staff were very friendly. Included breakfast was very good. Will use again if in this part of the country.

The Room was clean but tired? The bathroom was very tired but worked. Piping hot water.. and a big of water stained bath? The decor in the bathroom was very tired- but it was clean. The bed was VERY comfortable. The room was much bigger than I expected. For the price I would stay here again.. Incredible value. The chap who booked me in.. Young lad.. very pleasant and polite. Thank you

The room was fine, it was clean but a little dated. The beds (2 singles) though were very uncomfortable. One had the springs poking through. On asking for a mattress topper or a different mattress, the response was that this was not possible. Mattress toppers were later added but why indicate this is not possible when it is? We were cold on the first night and requested a blanket. We were informed that the hotel did not have any blankets! After considering moving hotel we were given a second duvet each which did the job.
