Rooms were not cleaned and in need of updating. There was popcorn on floors. The rooms smelled like cat urine.

I’m having my wife write to the hotel because it was our anniversary and I picked your hotel because it was one of the better ones and it was my worst hotel stay ever. Pool was not heated the ice machine didn’t work on my floor , the lamp in my room was already chipped and broken the light in hallway was falling off roof, there were homeless outside of the building sleeping and smoking literally right outside I’d really appreciate a couple nights in the house at a different location or a full refund please
