"We loved our little houseboat in Ponta Delgado. We were very fortunate that Sandra took good care of us. We arrived very early in the day and she let us sit in her office (where we nodded off after a long sleepless flight) and then allowed us to check in several hours early. We had unknowingly booked the smallest room with a single bed (that pulls out to a double) and a pull out bed. It was very nice but we wanted a slightly bigger space. "The hotel from the second we walked in was amazing. The staff, the room, the restaurant and bar everything was not only great, but exceptional. Everything was clean. The rooms are very nice and have all the amenities you could want. All of the staff are amazing and anyone staying there would be lucky. The dinner was amazing and staff were very attentive. The breakfast buffet was also great with a large selection of food and drinks. If we ever go back to the Azores, this will be the hotel we are staying at. We will also be recommending the hotel to any of our friends/family who travel there. I wish I could give the staff a 10/5 rating. "
