The room was clean and spacious, however the air conditioning did not work very well and the TV was not a smart TV, so I could not sign in to my netflix account.
Breakfast was varied and not too busy after 9am.
Expected the room to be more luxurious for the price paid.

Being at a Marriott standard, I was surprised the hotel doesn’t have an EV charging place that even small hotels do provide at a cost.
Breakfast service is very poor. Some food are not topped up including juices

The rooms are super clean and quite big. Me and my son had 4 huge suitcases and they fit in the room including 2 beds. We use to walk to Bullring mall and back. Our room use to get cleaned everyday by Marlene( Amazing Woman). There were so many restuarants just around the hotel. Very safe. Tesco express next door. I would recommend this hotel anytime. Bogdan and Ian were very helpful and kind.

"My room was filthy, the wood on the bath was rotting off and the walls were covered in handprints and splashes. The shower head was covered in pink limescale and the bath had blue stains down it. The lamp had awful stains on and there was a big iron print on the blanket. It was not like the pictures ..."
