The hotel itself has friendly, helpful staff and a lovely courtyard garden for coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. Rooms have everything you need and a comfortable bed. "So convenient to flying out of Brussels airport in the AM - hotel is clean functional and has a decent restaurant if needed. Makes the am experience easier. Also the main airport train station is below the airport and just steps away if you need to train in or also you want to do a short visit to local cities as example to Antwerp- which we did when our flight was cancelled and we had to stay an extra day/night"

"We stayed 1-night. Hotel shuttle to airport comes every 30 min. Schedule changes depending on time of the year. Room was OK. Shower was a bit complicated to operate, but OK once we figured it out. Unfortunately there is no "Room Service" even though there is a "room service" button on the phone?! we had to go down to the restaurant to order the food and then bring it back up to our room."
