Menu was only online. It would been better if you have a QR code at the front desk for the restaurant menu and also QR code in the restaurant tables so easy access to the menu. Just to find the menu was not easy. It was hard to find the menu online. You need atleast one person for the restaurants who can speak little English. It was very hard to explain and order food. Some night my friends were hungry because could not order properly. Hot tub was Luke warm it could be little hotter. Other wise it was excellent we were 8 adults. 5 out of 8 were vegetarian. Facility was great not over crowed. One morning we could not find the chairs on the beach and staff notices us that we’re looking for beach chairs. and staff immediately brought extra chairs and set us up. we were amazed with the service. There are a few people that will treat you well and have good customer service skills but that’s not the norm. The buffet lacks variety and they rarely have a table ready. They should do something to organize the shuttle lines, when the train arrives it’s very chaotic. Pescador restaurant was good, but the host that night was more interested in telling me about the mistakes I made instead of trying to help. Hibachi restaurant was average.
