« Everything was nice, the service at the front desk was fantastic. The location was great because it was very close to the beach and a safe distance from the noisy bars at night. It was possible to snorkel right in front of the hotel and even better spots at a few minutes of walking on the beach. The only small negative comment would be the kitchen that was lacking some tools and basic items like salt and pepper. »

« We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

« Nous étions du côté tranquille de l’hôtel (Secrets) et c’était parfait pour nous. Les employés sont vraiment exceptionnels et nous avons particulièrement adoré Luis aux activités et Luis au bar du Prefered Club. On a eu un petit soucis avec l’application les 2 premiers jours, mais ça c’est bien réglé par la suite et ils ont nous ont même offert une compensation pour le désagrément. Nous avons également droit à 1h de spa par séjour, mais le plus agréable c’est que ça se termine par un petit...

"Chambre très propre et bien entretenu chaque jour (durée du séjour 11 jours). Les piscines sont un peu abîmé. Par contre la plage est inexistante. Une toute petite partie devant l hôtel mais on ne peut pas se baigner car l'eau et marron avec des résidus de sargasse. Le personnel est au petit soin. Le club enfant est parfait. Beaucoup d'activité proposé mais l'endroit reste calme. Le gros point négatif, très éloigné de la route, il faut donc prendre un taxi ou un uber pour faire le moindre déplacement, impossible de se déplacer à pied, la route n'est pas terminé et c'est très dangeureux. "

"Localisation parfaite. Accueil parfait, personnel aimable et serviable. Chambre propre et bien équipée (coffre-fort, frigo, TV, sèche-cheveux, produits d'hygiène...). Cadeau de bienvenue (Prosecco + fraises). Soufflerie de la climatisation un peu bruyante et difficile à régler. Baies vitrées pas complètement hermétiques (crée de la buée à l'intérieur de la chambre). Deux piscines, celle sur le Rooftop a une vue incroyable. Plage nettoyée des sargasses. Petit dej correct. "
