The property is a little dated, however, it was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is on a quiet road which is great for a good nights sleep. The location is great for getting out and about to visit all the North Wales landmarks we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The communication on checking in was an absolute nightmare.
It took us over 2 hrs to eventually speak to someone after calling, emailing and txting the no. Provided.
Having my 2 small children with me and finally getting into our room at 10.30pm was very stressful.

Very nice room. Good food although the menu needs some variety over the several days we were there. Parking was truly awful. I have a blue badge and the only way I could get one of the two available was to get into an available space early and then don’t move the car. Accessibility was quite poor with a general lack of usable rails on the steps. Staff were very good and helpful.

"It's got bags of character, large rooms, dark wood panelling high ceilings with decor. The breakfast / dining room has a lovely view over the bay. "The hotel is beautiful from the outside and located in such a picturesque area but the room we got was a disappointment. Located on the first floor and tucked in a corner, it did not match the pictures on the site and looked rather old (except for the bathroom), with an uncomfortably slumping mattress. ..."
