Perfect location,nice and friendly staff,very clean room.The bed was'nt bad but it could be (a little bit) more comfartable.Then it could be 10 but now 9.

Smooth check in. Bedroom was in need of a very good clean. Dust on most surfaces and cobwebs around the ceiling. Bathroom requires a thorough refurb as sealants around the shower, sink and shower screen were mouldy. Bathroom floor visibly dirty.
Breakfast had a good choice of items. Breakfast host was a bit over the top calling my daughter 'Princess' several times each morning.
Hotel location good for the bus and train station but was a good 20-30 minute walk into Verona.
