The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them.The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. « The property that I paid for 1st, they told me that the pipe busted after I paid the cleaning fee. I paid for a property to sleep 6 people so 1 person had to sleep on the floor & another person had to sleep on a broken futon couch. "L’hôtel a un très bon rapport qualité/prix ! Les chambres sont très propres et grandes, par contre elles sont relativement humides et la décoration pourrait être mieux… Le petit déjeuner n’est pas le plus adapté pour un français puisque peu d’aliments « sucrés » sont proposés (pancakes et oranges), et que les autres produits sont très gras et salés (œufs brouillés et bacon notamment). Enfin concernant la situation de l’hôtel, malgré les préjugés possibles sur le quartier du Bronx, nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis en insécurité. La proximité avec le métro direct pour Manhattan est fortement appréciable !"

"The room was modern and the amenities were very practical (safe, mini fridge, and gym accessible at all hours). The staff was professional and friendly (especially the team that helped us with hot water on our first night). The location is very accessible, with the Metro line 7 to New York just a 7-minute walk away and a shopping center right across from the hotel. The housekeeping service was perfect, thank you! However, we did have a few "problems." When we arrived, we found a dry yellow stain on the toilet seat (we had cleaning wipes, but it was very visible...) and when we asked for a change of towels, one was covered in bloodstains. We showed the photos to the receptionist, who apologized. We found the breakfast very incomplete: bagels and slices of bread with only cream cheese, butter, or peanut butter as toppings... no ham, cucumber, or tomatoes. There were no hand towels and no cold water (which is important for people who don't want coffee, tea, or juice). There were steamed buns, which provided something substantial, as well as bananas. The breakfast manager made sure that everything was replenished. Our stay went well and I recommend this hotel, which, apart from the minor issues we encountered, met our expectations!"
