"I stayed here for two nights. I was given a suite which has kitchen/lounge area with balcony, and separate bedroom and bathroom. However the hotel/room decor is very dated but the condition is reasonable. Not sure if the bed sheets were cleaned properly as I found hairs on the sheet when I took the covers off. The bathroom was functional in terms of having everything you need. Over bath shower was ok and got hot if needed. Bedroom air-conditioning worked well but was noisy. Gym wasnt too bad and has a good amount of equipment. Location was good near a road with plenty of restaurants."

"No need to travel to the Caribbean… this hotel and spa work as a complete resort. Everything was beyond expectations. The suites are large and beautiful, the view is spectacular and the Koena spa was absolutely perfect! We ended up staying an extra night we were so impressed. We will be back again… sooner than later. I very highly recommend this entire experience!!!!!"

"Great space for a family of 4-5 people. It was just a quick walk to ByWard Market and not a bad drive to get around downtown. The kitchen and dining area were great. It allowed our family to make some meals during our week there. Ensuite laundry was also very helpful for the longer stay. You do have to bring your own laundry detergent. The gym and indoor are very small so we didn’t use them. The room was decently clean but I wouldn’t say spotless, and there isn’t daily cleaning or towel replacement. A bit inconsistent. For the size of the kitchen, the water kettle and coffee maker were quite small. The bathroom vanity was also very small so there wasn’t much space to put your toiletries."

"Bon accueil et excellent service au check inn de ce dimanche de juin par vos 2 employés (un homme et une femme) ainsi que du manager le lendemain qui m'a grandement accommodé pour pouvoir garder la même chambre. Une mention spéciale aussi pour les 2 machines Van Houtte à café et distributeur d'eau et sachet de tisane offerte gracieusement à l'accueil."
