"The shower curtain looked mouldy. There was no safety for the bottom of the tub to not slip and no coffee maker in the room. Other than that it was fine for what we needed."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Short walk to the beach and plenty of things to see locally. The place was very quiet and comfortable. "We had a great stay overall. The property was exactly what our family needed, and the outdoor space was definitely the highlight. The yard was fantastic, and the kids absolutely loved it. It had everything we needed for a fun family getaway.Communication was always friendly and responsive whenever we had questions. We did experience a few unexpected issues during our stay, including the washer being out of order, a propane issue, and a repair appointment that interrupted part of our last full day. While it was disappointing for us, the management team did communicate with us throughout and worked with us afterward.Overall, we really enjoyed the property and would absolutely consider staying here again. It was a wonderful place for our family, and the kids are already asking when we can come back."

"Host was great to deal with and very responsive. Had some issues with BBQ and she brought a new one right away. House is clean and lots of towels extra bedding. Main bedroom mattress could use a nice foam topper as very hard. Info states air conditioning but it didn’t actually have any. Just blew warm air. It was easy cool down though by opening windows at night and there are a few fans. Could you sue some better pots and pans & plates etc. The screen porch was the best part and great to have with mosquitos etc. Needs some cards and games for entertainment. Also would have been nice to have a wagon and beach chairs to take down to water. Property is located fairly close to water but a bit further to the beach itself. Overall it was a good stay but needs above to make it more enjoyable. Nice gated community."

"This property is amazing. The house is first class. A 5 star accommodation. Fully equipped kitchen with all amenities provided. Rocque an amazing host. Very friendly and responsive. I believe he lives in the home when it’s not rented. That means it’s fully equipped with everything you need for daily living. It backs onto the canal with a great dock and convenient access to Gull Lake. We really enjoyed relaxing on patios and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. The furnishings were all top quality.Can’t think of enough good things to say about it. We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO’s over the years and Rocque’s property is definitely the best."
