"Our stay at Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen for my partner’s 60th birthday was truly memorable! The resort is gorgeous, the food was consistently delicious, and our upgraded oceanfront room gave us front-row seats to the full moon shimmering over the ocean — pure magic. We had a bump at the start with elevator issues, but the hotel manager completely turned things around. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt special and celebrated — personally checking in on us at the pool, at restaurants and shows, and throughout the resort. His kindness and attention made a lasting impression. Other than a few mosquitoes and tropical critters, the rest of our stay was relaxing, romantic, and filled with great service. We’d absolutely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful adults-only getaway!"

"The property was beautiful and the staff was awesome!! Luna was in charge of the fun games at the pool and she was great! The only downside was all the seaweed which made the beach unusable -- which is not the fault of the staff - the whole coast is having issues. The food was amazing, as was the entertainment. Can't wait to go back!!"
