Great cafe on the first level and bar upstairs. The location is also great. Valet parking was very convenient. I found the bathroom sliding door difficult to open and the room was a little tight, but not surprising for a boutique hotel.

I had a room with a balcony, the carpeting in front of the door going the length of the entire wall was wet, I thought that maybe water was coming in from the doors after it rained, but then I found wet patches throughout the room specifically in front of the closet door. Because of the wet carpeting, the smell on the room was not very pleasant. There was also a leak in the shower. The carpeting was gross, kind of sticky. I wore shoes the entire time I was in the room.
